• Please make sure all addresses inputed into your orders are correct! 
  • Shipments can only be delivered to a correct street address. Any shipments returned to us due to incorrect information will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.


  • We ship with USPS priority shipping within the United States. Shipments usually take 1-3 days depending on locations in the United States. 
  • All orders are shipped Monday through Thursdays to ensure our macarons are delivered fresh and quickly. 
  • Orders placed after 3pm (pacific time) on Thursdays will be shipped the following Monday. 



  • We pack our product with bubble wrap, cool packs and biodegradable peanuts.

  • Due to the fragile nature of macarons there might be a little damage, don't worry though they still taste great! Unfortunately USPS can be rough sometimes and we are not responsible for any damages caused by USPS. 



  • There are no returns or exchanges. Due to perishable nature of macarons we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase/gift please contact us immediately! We want you to be happy! We will need a photo, description of your issue, order number and date received. If we are not contacted within 24 hours after receiving your purchase we will not be able to help you
