- Please make sure all addresses inputed into your orders are correct!
- Shipments can only be delivered to a correct street address. Any shipments returned to us due to incorrect information will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.
- We ship with USPS priority shipping within the United States. Shipments usually take 1-3 days depending on locations in the United States.
- All orders are shipped Monday through Thursdays to ensure our macarons are delivered fresh and quickly.
- Orders placed after 3pm (pacific time) on Thursdays will be shipped the following Monday.
We pack our product with bubble wrap, cool packs and biodegradable peanuts.
Due to the fragile nature of macarons there might be a little damage, don't worry though they still taste great! Unfortunately USPS can be rough sometimes and we are not responsible for any damages caused by USPS.
- There are no returns or exchanges. Due to perishable nature of macarons we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase/gift please contact us immediately! We want you to be happy! We will need a photo, description of your issue, order number and date received. If we are not contacted within 24 hours after receiving your purchase we will not be able to help you.
